1- or 2-day pottery workshop
Service Description
**Prices are for 1 participants and includes material and firing costs.** It's a 2-DAY workshop, but you can choose to book only 1-day and create your own ceramic objects. If you book only DAY 1, your creation will be fired and glazed for you. We will call you to pick them up once ready. This workshop is designed for people with no prior experience working with clay. It’s perfect for anyone curious about ceramics, looking for a creative outlet, or wanting a relaxing, hands-on experience. Day 1 – Handbuilding Fundamentals: You will learn techniques (pinch, coil, slab) and create 1–2 pieces. Day 2 – Glazing & Surface Design: You come back to glaze and decorate — choose colors and finishes.
Cancellation Policy
Registration & Cancellation Participants may register for or cancel a class up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class/workshop may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. What’s Included The class fee includes all materials and services needed to complete your ceramic piece: Up to 5 lbs of clay per class Use of all studio tools, forms, and templates Access to glazes Bisque firing (first firing) Glaze firing (second firing) Need more clay? Additional clay is available for purchase during class. Fired Work Pick-Up Policy After your pieces have been fired, the studio will hold them for up to 30 days for pickup or for you to continue working on them. After 30 days, the studio is not obligated to retain or store unclaimed items. Liability for Breakage While every effort is made to handle your work with care, please note that ceramics are fragile, and kiln firing carries inherent risks. The studio cannot guarantee that all pieces will survive the drying and firing process and is not liable for any cracks, breakage, or loss that may occur.
