Class Policy

Registration & Cancellation
Participants may register for or cancel a class up until 10:00 AM on the day of the class. Cancellations after this time may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund, due to preparation and material costs.

What’s Included
The class fee includes all materials and services needed to complete your ceramic piece:

• Up to 5 lbs of clay per class

• Use of all studio tools, forms, and templates

• Access to glazes

• Bisque firing (first firing)

• Glaze firing (second firing)

Need more clay? Additional clay is available for purchase during class.

Fired Work Pick-Up Policy
After your pieces have been fired, the studio will hold them for up to 30 days for pickup or for you to continue working on them. After 30 days, the studio is not obligated to retain or store unclaimed items.

Liability for Breakage
While every effort is made to handle your work with care, please note that ceramics are fragile, and kiln firing carries inherent risks. The studio cannot guarantee that all pieces will survive the drying and firing process and is not liable for any cracks, breakage, or loss that may occur.
