FAQ
-
Are all your ceramics handmade?Yes! Every piece is handmade by me in my cozy home studio. No molds, no factories—just clay, hands, and a lot of heart.
-
Can I place a custom order?Absolutely! I love creating custom pieces. Use the contact form to share your idea, and I’ll follow up to discuss details like size, shape, clay, and glaze.
-
How long does it take to make a piece? Each piece takes about 3–5 weeks from start to finish, depending on complexity, drying time, and kiln schedules. Handmade ceramics can’t be rushed, but they’re worth the wait!
-
Do you ship internationally? No. Sorry, I offer shipping only within the U.S. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary depending on your location and the item you ordered.
-
Is your packaging eco-friendly?I do my best to use sustainable and recyclable packaging materials. Your piece will arrive safely and thoughtfully wrapped—ready to enjoy or gift.
-
Are your pieces food-safe and microwave/dishwasher safe?Yes, unless otherwise noted. Most pieces are food-safe and can be used in the microwave or dishwasher.
-
What if my item arrives damaged?Oh no! If anything arrives broken, please send photos within 48 hours of receiving your order, and I’ll work with you on a replacement or refund.
-
How many sessions are required for a workshop? All workshops require a minimum of two sessions: Session 1: You’ll create your piece. Session 2 (about 2 weeks later): You’ll return to glaze it after the first firing (bisque firing). This two-week gap allows your piece to fully dry and go through its first firing in the kiln. It’s all part of the handmade magic!
-
Do you offer tailored or private workshops?Yes! I love creating personalized workshop experiences for small groups, celebrations, or creative team-building. Whether you're planning a birthday, a girls’ night, or just want something custom, I’m happy to design a session that fits your vision. Just reach out through the contact form to get started!
