Oh no! If anything arrives broken, please send photos within 48 hours of receiving your order, and I’ll work with you on a replacement or refund.

All workshops require a minimum of two sessions: • Session 1: You’ll create your piece. • Session 2 (about 2 weeks later): You’ll return to glaze it after the first firing (bisque firing). This two-week gap allows your piece to fully dry and go through its first firing in the kiln. It’s all part of the handmade magic!
